As of 4th November 2022, Stemcell First Sdn Bhd has reduced its minimum fundraising amount to RM200,000. With the reduction of the minimum fundraising goal, the promoter has stated that there will be no revision to the business plan and forecast as alternative funding will be explored to meet the minimum financial requirement for the acquisition of CAR-T distribution rights. The promoter has undertaken to provide financial and operational support for the company of at least twelve (12) months should the company fail to achieve its maximum fundraising target amount to ensure that its financial forecasts are met.
