Who We Are

Founded in 2015, iPivot Sdn Bhd (formerly known as CrowdPlus Sdn Bhd) ("iPivot") is the operator of the first equity crowdfunding platform in Malaysia www.ipivot.biz (the "Platform"). iPivot is registered as a Recognized Market Operator with the Securities Commission Malaysia.

With a wide range of partners by our side, both individuals and companies, we are here to help the nation's startups reach the next level in their growth.

In August 2021, iPivot was acquired by Auspac Financial Advisory Pty Ltd, an Australian Financial Services license holder. iPivot is part of the Auspac Group of companies providing corporate finance advisory and investment services in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.
