itself a reputation of becoming a food lover's haven and this is due to the
wide variety of exotic cuisine available which are derived from the country's
diverse ethnicities and its corresponding cultural composition.

Business Model
FFC1 Sdn Bhd ("FFC 1") operates two outlets, namely Signature Fei Fei Crab in Kuchai Lama and Classic Fei Fei Crab in Taman Desa. It licenses Fei Fei Crab from its parent company, So Good (Global) Bhd and the director of FFC 1 undertakes that such licensing agreement shall be signed between FFC 1 and So Good (Global) Berhad by 30 June 2019 as conditions precedent to the ECF campaign.
So Good (Global) Bhd has opened 10 outlets in Klang Valley. Fei Fei Crab (or known as "FFC") is founded by NK Tan who invented all numerous dishes with contrasting flavours and taste. NK's slogan "it is not just about eating crab, but it's the sauce!" has satisfied countless taste buds for many years. Unique Selling Points & Competitor Analysis
Chinese cuisine is known to be extremely hard to achieve scalability due to high dependency on experienced chefs. However, Fei Fei Crab is able to scale without sacrificing any of its food authenticity and quality. The unique selling point lies on our secret sauces. Our sauces are prepared in accordance to our SOP from our central kitchen before distributing to outlets in order to maintain high consistency and quality assurance. With high standards of SOP and strong support from the management team, Fei Fei Crab is able to stand out from the competitors.

Business Traction
One of the outlets under FFC 1, Signature FFC outlet in Kuchai Lama, achieves the highest sales among all the Fei Fei Crab outlets. Classic FFC Taman Desa started in Jan 2019 and is steadily growing in sales. The chart below shows tractions of sales revenue up to February 2019.

Tan Sue Lynn (Operation Director) | Sue Lynn is the epitome of service leadership with 25 industrious years of experience in various service industries, including being the Director of Corporate Development of a world-renowned institution, Limkokwing University. She is driven by her passion to bring joy to others through acts of service, such as her love to cook and serve others. It was not a surprise that she decided to shift her focus to the F&B industry three years ago.
